Electronic support via email or our website is always FREE within 30 days of purchase for up to 3 incidents. Our support email address is help@gsw.com. Our website address is http://www.gsw.com. Granite Software, Inc. warrants that its software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Within the 30 day warranty period, telephone support is available for up to 3 incidents.

  • End users name (individual) and company address
  • Ship to address and telephone number

  • Email address if email delivery is requested
  • How you heard about SJProxy, i.e. Notes/Domino Advisor advertisement, SearchDomino listing, reseller recommendation, etc.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. All SJProxy documentation is included within the software package. There is no pre-printed SJProxy documentation.

Electronic: SJProxy is shipped electronically by email or download from the internet. There is no charge for electronic delivery. All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Granite Software accepts major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, MasterCard and is billed as "Granite Software, Inc. on your credit card statement.

Domestic: Credit card payment is encouraged for fastest delivery. Authorized and signed purchase orders are accepted by fax at 508.526.8413. Purchase order terms are net 15 days.

International: All international orders are payable in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid either by credit card or bank wire transfer. Contact us for account information.
