Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. All spamJam documentation is included within the software package. There is no pre-printed spamJam documentation.
Electronic: spamJam is shipped electronically by email or download from the internet. There is no charge for electronic delivery. All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment:
Granite Software accepts major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and is billed as "Granite Software, Inc." on your credit card statement.
Domestic: Credit card payment is encouraged for fastest delivery. Authorized and signed purchase orders for purchases > US $1,000 are accepted by fax at 508.526.8413. Purchase order terms are net 15 days.
International: All international orders are payable in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid either by credit card or bank wire transfer. Contact us for account information.
